Our Services
Interior Design & Renovation

We can assist you to design your new home, or make simple changes to your current home or office. Our consultation service provides you with a home visit, followed by a unique vision board and plan. Should you want us to complete the works, our team will have your project completed very quickly.

We also project manage property renovations. New developer? Or a developer struggling for time? We can take the reins to get the property ready for re-sale or rent asap.
Rental Management (Short & Long Term)

We advertise all short-term rentals on just a handful of reputable websites, as well as through our own social media. We control management of bookings and liaise with guests. We also provide the cleaning & changeover service between bookings, should you need it. (See below)

We manage long-term rentals as single family lets and multiple room occupancy. We advertise the property, organise viewings and provide the contracts between yourselves and the tenants. We can also manage maintenance to your property, should you need us to do so.
Property Set - Up

Prior to managing a property, we advise on any improvements needed to achieve the best price possible. For long-term lets, this may be a simple re-vamp or a complete re-design or re-decoration if necessary.

The above will also apply for short-term lets, with the addition of the necessary amenities and essentials for guests. I.e. bedding, towels, kitchenwares, etc. Our company can take care of all purchasing and installation of the things you will need to ensure a productive and successful rental.
Decorating & House Clearance

However big or small the job, we have a team of specialists that attend to projects such as repainting, tiling, kitchen installation and complete house clearance.
Cleaning, Ironing & Changeover

If you have your own successful short-term rental, but need help with the property cleaning and ironing of sheets between guests, then our company can help you. We run a separate service that deals with booking changeovers for independent clients.
